Building Information -

The ICT Senior Citizen's Building offers two distinct rooms for rental, ideal for various events and gatherings. The first space, known as the Main Room, is spacious and well-equipped, featuring eleven rectangular Rubbermaid tables, four smaller rectangular wooden tables, and one elongated wooden table. This versatile arrangement allows for flexible seating configurations, accommodating both large groups and more intimate settings. The Main Room is designed to foster interaction and engagement, making it a perfect choice for community activities, meetings, or celebrations.

Connecting to the Main Room is a smaller area that serves as the second room, which is furnished with seven smaller square tables. This additional space provides an intimate setting that can be utilized for breakout sessions, dining, or casual conversations. A unique feature of this layout is the window situated between the two rooms, which can be opened to facilitate the serving of food and beverages, enhancing the overall experience for guests and participants.

Adjacent to the Smaller Room is a fully functional kitchen, equipped with essential amenities to support any catering needs. The kitchen includes a sink, two stoves with ovens, and a large central prep table, providing ample space for food preparation and cooking.
